- 光电传感器测控系统:面向气体检测和环境监测应用,研究高性能光电传感器系统设计与测控方法。包括NDIR气体传感器信号调理电路设计、多通道数据采集与处理系统、传感器温度补偿与标定算法等。
- 光谱大数据分析:针对拉曼光谱、激光诱导击穿光谱(LIBS)等高维光谱数据,研究特征提取、降维、模式识别及定量分析方法。结合化学计量学方法实现复杂混合物成分的快速识别与含量预测。
- 机器学习算法:将浅层机器学习(SMLP、PCA-ELM等)和深度学习方法应用于光谱分析和传感器数据处理。研究小样本、高维特征条件下的稳健分类与回归算法,提升检测模型的泛化能力和预测精度。
- NDIR气体检测:基于非色散红外(NDIR)原理,研究差分消元抗干扰检测方法、可变光程宽量程检测技术、多组分混合气体同步检测方案。申请授权多项NDIR检测相关国家发明专利。
- 表面增强拉曼光谱 SERS:研究高性能SERS基底制备(咖啡环效应富集基底、滤膜增强基底等),开发复杂基质中痕量有机污染物的快速检测方法。相关成果发表于Analytical Chemistry、Spectrochimica Acta等期刊。
- 激光诱导击穿光谱 LIBS:基于LIBS技术研究土壤元素快速定量分析方法,结合PCA-GS-ELM等机器学习算法提升检测精度。
